Milford Police Department Release

On 12-03-2011 the Milford Police Dept. responded to Milford Wal Mart for an offensive touching complaint. Upon investigation officers were informed that a female employee was followed into the men’s restroom while she was cleaning it. The male then grabbed her and kissed her and fondled her breast. The victim was able to get away from the male and call police. Police arrested Phillippa Vann (21) of Milton. He was charged with one count of Unlawful Sexual Contact 3rd degree. He was released on $1000 unsecured bond and issued a no contact order with the alleged victim and all Wal-Mart Stores in the state of Delaware.
