The Milford Police is asking the public’s help in locating a 23yo Milford man (formerly of Georgia) stemming from an incident that occurred at a residence in the Brightway Apartment Complex (Formerly known as Banneker Heights Apartments) on 7/7/12. Milford Police have warrants on file for the arrest of Alex Givens for Stalking and Breach of Release (Violation of No Contact Order/ 2 counts). Givens repeatedly contacted (by phone and at the residence) the 27yo female victim after receiving a court order not to, stemming from other incidents with the 27yo female victim and her daughter, the 9yo female victim.
