On Tuesday, July 31 the Milford Police Criminal Division arrested Arlina R. Hendrickson, of Houston, and charged her with one count of Falsely Reporting an Incident. Hendrickson was contacted by Police stemming from a domestic dispute between her and a 28yo male at a residence in the 600 block of North St. Hendrickson told Police that she had been sexually assaulted numerous times and held against her will by the 28yo male. According to police, detectives later discovered that the sexual assault had never taken place and she was never held against her will. Hendrickson was arraigned through JP2 and was released on $1000 unsecured bond.
