Milford police arrested Thomas H. Scott, 38yo of Harrington, and charged him with Aggravated Menacing, Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, Terroristic Threatening, Resisting Arrest, Harassment, Offensive Touching, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree after he was arrested during an incident occurring in The Mills Brothers Market on Sunday, November 17 at approximately 9:52 am.

According to the police report, officers gave Scott verbal commands in which he refused to comply with and upon being subdued by police was found to be in possession of 2 knives.

Upon further investigation, police state that Scott was involved in a domestic dispute with a 35yo female victim and brandished one of the knives telling the victim that he was going to kill her and burn down the store with everyone in it. Scott was arraigned through JP3 and was committed to SCI in default of 12,500 secured bond.
