image001On July 28 officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested Heather J. Pinkstaff, 40 of Milford, following an investigation into an internal theft from her employer in July of 2013. Police state that warrants were obtained for Ms. Pinkstaff after an investigation determined she removed an undisclosed amount of money from her employer, through the use of false refund receipts. Ms. Pinkstaff was arraigned at JP Court #7 in Dover, where she was released on $5000.00 unsecured bond and ordered to have no contact with the victim. Ms. Pinkstaff is scheduled to appear in the Kent County Court of Common Pleas on August 2nd, 2013 for a Preliminary Hearing.
