On April 22, 2014 the Milford Police responded to Uptown Liquors after receiving a report of a Criminal Trespassing. According to police, investigation revealed that Jessica Patel aka Jessica Rangel, 35yo of Milford, entered the liquor store and got into a verbal dispute with an employee there. It was also revealed that Patel had previously been arrested for a similar incident at Uptown Liquors and had received a “no contact order” with the establishment. Patel was later located, arrested and charged with Breach of Release and Criminal Trespass 3rd . Patel was arraigned and released on $150 unsecured bond.
