On August 15, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 20yo Milford man stemming from an incident that occurred on August 14, 2014. Richkard Lamartiniere was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact 2nd Degree. Police state that investigation revealed that Lamartiniere gave the 17yo female victim a ride in his vehicle from her place of employment to a residence in the area of Franklin St. While the two were still inside of the vehicle, Lamartiniere sexually assaulted the female victim. The female victim then fled from the vehicle on foot and later contacted the Milford Police. Lamartiniere was arraigned and released on $3000 unsecured bond.
