Burglary 3rd Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of Burglary Tools, Criminal Mischief over $1000 but less than $5000, Theft under $1500, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On September 25, 2014 at approx 2:00 am the Milford Police Patrol Division responded to the area of the 600 block of N. Dupont Hwy after receiving a burglary alarm at a local business. Police state that while patrolling the area officers observed suspects fleeing from the business. One of the suspect was later located and taken into custody on Lexington Dr in Shawnee Acres in Milford. The suspect was later identified as Anthony Hagen, 20yo of Milford. Detectives discovered that Hagen, along with another suspect, forced entry into the business. According to police, while inside the business, they removed merchandise and fled the scene. At the time of his arrest, Hagen was also in possession of .2 grams of Marijuana. Hagen was charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of Burglary Tools, Criminal Mischief over $1000 but less than $5000, Theft under $1500, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hagen was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $13,000 cash bond. This is still an ongoing investigation.

Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Theft by False Pretense under $1500 and Theft by False Promise under $1500

On September 2, 2014 the Milford Police Criminal Division arrested and charged a 36yo Milford woman and a 32yo Milford woman stemming from incidents that occurred on September 17, 2014 at a vacant residence located in the double digit block of Cedar Beach Rd. Both Angela F. Evans ad Crystal M. Crockett (aka Crystal Rash) were charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree, Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Theft by False Pretense under $1500 and Theft by False Promise under $1500. Police state that investigation revealed that both Crockett and Evans entered the vacant residence and removed numerous items. They then removed a vehicle from the yard of the residence. Both Crockett and Evans sold the vehicle and a local scrap yard in exchange for money. Evans was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $13,001.00 secured bond. Crockett was arraigned and committed to WCI in default of $3,001.00 secured bond.

Offensive Touching w/ Saliva and Menacing

On the evening of September 24, 2014 the Milford Police responded to a residence in the double digit block of Columbia St after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Police state that investigation revealed that James M. Huffman, 41yo of Milford, was involved in a verbal dispute with the 62yo female victim. During this time Huffman approached the female victim in a threatening manner and spit on her. Huffman yelled profanities at the female victim and then attempted to spit on her again but missed. Huffman was charged with Offensive Touching w/ Saliva and Menacing. Huffman was arraigned and released on $1000 unsecured bond.

Disorderly Conduct and Harassment

On September 20, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 22yo Milford woman and a 24yo Milford woman in connection with an incident that occurred on September 19, 2014 outside of a residence located in the 400 block of S Washington St. Devin E. Reidhaar was charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct and Julie D. Connelly was charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct and Harassment. Police state that investigation revealed that both Connelly and Reidhaar made contact the 22yo female victim and while she was inside of her vehicle. At that time both Connelly and Reidhaar had advised the victim that they wanted to fight her and were yelling profanities at her. Connelly and Reidhaar were attempting to gain entry into the victim’s vehicle, however the vehicle doors were locked. Reidhaar was arraigned and released on $500 unsecured bond. Connelly was arraigned and released on $1500 unsecured bond.

Shoplifting Under $1500 and Possession of Shoplifter Tools

On September 19, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 60yo Seaford man stemming from an incident that occurred on September 19, 2014 at the Walmart Department Store. Henry O. Pearsall was charged with Shoplifting Under $1500 and Possession of Shoplifter Tools. Police state that investigation revealed that Pearsall entered Walmart store operating a power scooter, removed merchandise and then attempted to flee the store without paying for the merchandise. Pearsall was then contacted by Milford Police and taken into custody without incident. Pearsall was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $3000 cash bond.

Criminal Impersonation, traffic violations and local fugitive

On September 19, 2014 the Milford police arrested and charged a 40 yo Milford man stemming from a traffic stop that occurred on S Rehoboth Blvd near Wilkins Rd. Calixto Ramirez-Perez was charged with Criminal Impersonation and traffic violations. On September 19, 2014, the Milford police performed a traffic stop following a traffic violation. The operator of the vehicle provided a name to Milford Police that was later discovered to be false. The operator was later identified as Calixto Ramirez-Perez. It was also revealed that Perez was wanted out of Sussex CCP on various capiases. Perez was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $1686 cash bond.

Harassment

On September 18, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 58yo Milford woman stemming from an incident that occurred on September 17,2014. Norma Jean Johnson was charged with Harassment. Police state that investigation revealed that Johnson had repeatedly contact with 22yo female victim by telephone and text messages after being told to stop. Johnson was arraigned and released on $1000 unsecured bond.

Shoplifting Under $1500, Possession of Shoplifter Tools and Theft by False Pretense

On September 17, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 23yo Georgetown man in connection with an incident that occurred on August 28, 2014 at the Walmart Department Store. Chaz Huntington was charged with Shoplifting Under $1500, Possession of Shoplifter Tools and Theft by False Pretense. Police state that investigation revealed that Huntington entered Walmart store, removed merchandise from the shelves and then returned some of the merchandise (as if he paid for them) to received money or store credit. Huntington was arraigned and released on $3000 unsecured bond.

Shoplifting Under $1500

On September 17, 2014 Milford Police arrested and charged a 22yo Bridgeville woman in connection with an incident that occurred on September 17, 2014 at the WAWA convenience store. Elizabeth Minter was charged with Shoplifting Under $1500. Police state that investigation revealed that Minter entered the store, removed merchandise without paying for it and then fled the store. Minter was charged and released after being issued a criminal summons.

Providing a False Statement to Law Enforcement

On September 17, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 41yo Greenwood woman in connection with an incident that occurred on August 19, 2014 within the 1000 block of N. Walnut St. Michelle Pierson was charged with Providing a False Statement to Law Enforcement. Police state that investigation revealed that during a theft investigation, Pierson provided Milford Police with information that was false. Pierson was apprehended by Harrington Police on September 17, 2014 and then turned over to Milford Police. Pierson was arraigned and released on her own recognizance

On September 16, 2014 the Milford Police arrested and charged a 20yo Milford woman in connection with an incident that occurred on July 27, 2014 at the CVS Pharmacy. Kerrian Taylor was charged with Shoplifting Under $1500, Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Possession of Shoplifting Tools. Police state that investigation revealed that Taylor, along with other suspects, entered the CVS Pharmacy, removed merchandise from the store without paying for them and fled. Taylor was arraigned and released on $3000 unsecured bond.
