Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (Felony 4th Offense), Breach of Release (Violation of Bail Conditions) and multiple traffic offenses

On December 20,2014, shortly after midnight, the Milford Police performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of NE Front St and NE 4th St intersection after observing a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Joshua D. Miller, 34yo of Ellendale. Police state that nvestigation revealed that Miller was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and that Miller’s B.A.C was over three times the legal limit. Miller was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (Felony 4th Offense), Breach of Release (Violation of Bail Conditions) and other traffic offenses. Miller was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $6,003.00 cash bond.
