p1On January 19th, 2015 K-9 officer, Pfc Webb stopped Peter P. Demarie 3rd of Maryland for a traffic violation on N. DuPont Hwy, Milford. According to police, Demarie was asked by Pfc Webb to pull his vehicle up a few feet, so that Pfc Webb could get his patrol vehicle off the railroad tracks. Demarie sped forward, onto the grass of private property and around a building. Demarie then stopped back on N. DuPont Hwy. Pfc Webb approached the stopped vehicle and could smell an odor of marijuana emitting from it. Milford Police K-9, Henk alerted on the vehicle. There Pfc Webb found 4.7 grams of marijuana. A search around the private property and building was conducted. There a grocery bag was found near the path of the vehicle. It containied 701 doses of Heroin and 113.7 grams of cocaine.

Demaire was arrested for various drug and traffic violations: 2 counts possession of a controlled substance, 2 counts PWID, Possession Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Malicious Mischief by Motor Vehicle and other traffic offences. He was committed to SCI in default of $71,000 secured bond.
