According to founder Joe Rhoades, “I am delighted to share the masthead with my longtime associate SteveMorrow. Steve is a graduate of Milford High School and Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. In 2002, Steve earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Steve is admitted to the bars of the State of Delaware and Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has practiced before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, theAmerican Association for Justice and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. Steve currently serves on theBoard of Governors of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and is the Secretary of the Workers’Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. Steve serves as a frequent presenter at seminarsfocused on workers’ compensation practice and procedure. Steve also performs pro bono services as a guardian ad litem for children before the Family Court of the State of Delaware.

Joe, a former President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, is one of the state’s most well-known trial attorneys. Founder of the firm, he received his education at the University of Delaware (B.A.A.S., 1976) and the Delaware Law School of Widener University (J.D., magna cum laude, 1981). He was a law clerk to The Honorable Henry R. Horsey, Supreme Court of the State of Delaware, from 1981 to 1982. He is a member of the American and Delaware State Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is a member of the State of Delaware Workers’ Compensation Oversight Panel, serving as the Panel’s Vice Chair. Joe also performs pro bono services as a
