On the night of April 16, 2015, the Milford Police were conducting a separate investigation in the area of Linstone Lane when officers observed traffic violations from a vehicle. Police state that as officers attempted to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle stopped the vehicle within the parking lot of Silver Lake Apartments and fled from the vehicle on foot. Milford Police K-9 Division tracked the driver to a nearby wooded area where he was taken into custody. The driver was identified as Jeremiah Bonville, 18yo of Greenwood. Milford Police discovered that Bonville was in possession of 151.52 grams of Marijuana and a digital scale. Bonville was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Marijuana with an Aggravating Factor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and multiple traffic charges. Bonville was arraigned and released on $12,500.00 unsecured bond.
