On May 8, 2015 the Milford Police Criminal Division, with the assistance of the US Marshals and Wilmington Police, arrested a 61yo Texas man stemming from multiple incidents that occurred at a residence located in the 200 block of East St from May 1, 2014 through March 1, 2015. Francisco Ysaguirre was charged with Rape 1st Degree Child Victim less than 12yo (4 counts), Rape 2nd Degree Child Victim less than 12yo (3 counts), Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child (2 counts), Sexual Abuse of a Child by a Person of Trust 1st Degree(8 counts), Unlawful Sexual Contact of a Child less than 13yo (2 counts), Sexual Solicitation of a Child Under 18yo and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (4 counts). According to police, detectives discovered that during the time period of May 1, 2014 through March 1, 2015, Ysaguirre forced the two adolescent female victims to engage in sexual acts with him on numerous occasions while he was residing at the residence. Ysaguirre later fled to Texas. Ysaguirre was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $1,071,000.00 cash bond.
