Milford Couple Charged with Breach of Release

On 1/1/11 the Milford Police responded to a domestic dispute at a residence in the 200 block of NE 10th St. Investigation revealed that the female victim was choked, thrown to the ground, held down, threatened and assaulted. Police discovered that as a result of a previous incident, both parties had a No Contact Order with each other at the time of this incident on 1/1/11. On 1/2/11 the Milford Police arrested and charged Ronald Jewell, 33yo of Milford, for Strangulation, Offensive Touching, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, Terroristic Threatening and Breach of Release. Milford Police also arrested and charged Elizabeth Allman, 26yo of Milford, for Breach of Release stemming from the same incident. Allman also had an active a capias out of Kent County Family Court. Both were arraigned through JP7. Jewell was committed to SCI on $4,250 secured bond. Allman was released after posting $2,000 secured bond.
