Upcoming Winter Programs for Parks and Recreation

GYMNASTICS AND TUMBLING:  This program will be held on Saturday mornings at Banneker Gym beginning on Jan. 8, 2011 for 6 weeks.  It is designed for youth ages 3-10.   Participants will work on strength, balance & coordination  – all skills that will help your child in future sports participation.  The cost is only $40.  There are openings available !

ADULT VOLLEYBALL – Register now for the adult volleyball program which will be held at Banneker Gym on 6 Thursday evenings beginning in Jan. from 6:30-8:30pm.  The fee is just $30.  Limit of 16 participants.  There are still openings available!

ADULT AEROBICS CLASS:  This 6 week program will begin in February.  The class size is limited so register now to save your place!   The classes are held at the parks and rec building from 5:30-6:30pm on Tues. & Thurs. evenings.  The fee is only $35. 

PRE-SCHOOL SWIM LESSONS:  Register your 3, 4 or 5 year old child for Red Cross Certified Swimming lessons.  There will be 6 lessons lasting 30 minutes each, on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons during February, March & April.  Please contact Milford Parks and Rec for the complete schedule information.  The fee is only $35 per session.
