Burglary on Causey Ave

On 1/30/11 at approx. 10:10 pm, the Milford Police responded to a residence on Causey Ave after receiving a report of suspicious activity at the residence. Upon making contact with a male subject on the property, Police discovered that the subject had broken into the residence with another male subject. The male subject on scene was identified as Jerry P. Anderson, 48 yo of Lincoln. Anderson was arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd, hindering prosecution, conspiracy 2nd, resisting arrest, theft under $1000.00 and criminal mischief. Police recovered 2 books of mailing stamps in Anderson’s possession that were taken from the residence. Anderson also had an active capias out of Sussex CCP. Anderson was committed to SCI in default of $7,000.00 secured bond. Police are still searching for the second suspect in this incident and he is described as a white male, mid 40’s, average height/ weight and blonde hair. This suspect may go by the name “Charlie” and may be from or frequent the Lincoln area.
