The Milford Police arrested a 21 yo Milford woman and a 26yo Milford man stemming from an incident that occurred at Citizens Bank on 11/4/10. Holly S. Dunn and Daniel E. Kelly were both arrested and charged with Identity Theft (2 counts), Conspiracy 2nd (2 counts), Unlawful Use of a Credit Card (2 counts) and Theft Under $1000. Detectives discovered that both Kelly and Dunn used the victim’s banking account information to make 2 separate transactions and obtained an undisclosed amount of money. Dunn was also charged with Felony Hindering Prosecution in connection with this incident. Both Kelly and Dunn were arraigned through JP2. Kelly was released on $8,500 unsecured bond and Dunn was released on $13,500 unsecured bond.
