Diners can expect to find a wide variety of delicious items from soups & salads, steaks & burgers, and a full line of specialty subs and sandwiches. Entree’s such as “Ginny’s Delight- Bonless chicken, mushrooms, onions, and bacon sautéed together in our homemade BBQ sauce. Topped with shredded Cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato. Served on a Kaiser roll” are sure to be a big hit!
They will be serving a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open six days a week, closed on Sundays, they are now taking reservations. The restaurant features a fully stocked bar to sit back and relax while enjoying your favorite libation and game!
Nick and Charlie’s will also offer catering for events. The restaurant provides a wide variety of banquet, party and meeting room options to fit specific needs. The extensive banquet facilities are equipped to handle up to 200 patrons. Diners can plan get-togethers with their on-site Banquet Coordinator by calling 302-422-9745. Look for familiar faces still at the Club including Project Manager Joyce Rose and Brenda Thompson, General Manager of Nick and Charlie’s.
“We are very interested in working with the Country Club to reignite the Club and the community. It is a nice facility and we will work together to create a great location for family dining,” commented Ginny Rodriguez.
They will still operate their private golf, tennis, and pool facilities for members. The PGA rated 18-hole golf course will remain private with limited public play to allow the public to experience the benefits of membership.
