Greater Milford Boys & Girls Club Celebrates National Boys & Girls Club Week – March 21st –March 25th

All program areas will be open to the club for tours that will be conducted by the Boys & Girls Club Staff.

The Aquatics Department will host cardboard races in the pool on 3/22 and 3/24 from 3:45pm – 5pm.

The Art Room:  children will have the opportunity to participate in Hand and Face Painting, Making Hand Puppets, Beading and a Coloring Station from 3:45pm- 6pm.

Game Room: children will be engaged in running stations for Board Games, X-Box, Table Games, Chess/Checker Games from 3:45pm.-6pm.

Computer Lab – children will have the opportunity to learn Netsmartz (Reinforcing Computer Safety) and Animated Computer Games based on different age-appropriate Websites) from 3:45pm. – 6pm.

Gym- children will participate in Activities and Exercise.  Some examples includes: Chicken Across the Road, Kickball and Around the World (Basketball Game) from 3:45pm. – 6pm.

We will end the week with our Kick Butts Day Event on Friday, March 25, 2011 from 4pm-6pm.  The event is funded by American Lung Association.
