Theft in Meadows of Shawnee

On 3-18-11 Milford Police arrested David C. Rader, 18 of Magnolia, and Ismael Joachim, 19 of Dover, following an investigation of a theft on Big Pond Drive in the Meadows of Shawnee development.  The pair were both charged with one count of Theft and one count of Conspiracy 3rd degree each.  The two were arraigned at JP Court #2 in Lewes.  Bond was set for each at $1000.00 unsecured on these charges.  Mr. Joachim also had active warrants out of Justice of the Peace Court #7, Kent County Superior Court, and Sussex County Court of Common Pleas.  Mr. Joachim’s bail was set at $10,215.00 cash bail for the warrants out of Kent County Superior Court and the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas.  Bail was set at $100.00 unsecured for the failure to appear warrant out of JP Court #7.  Mr. Rader was released and is scheduled to appear at Sussex Court of Common Pleas in April.  Mr. Joachim was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution and is also scheduled to appear at Sussex Court of Common Pleas in April.
