On 3-23-11 Milford Police arrested Stephen Riselvato, 44 of Harrington, after responding to Wawa on North DuPont Hwy to a shoplifting complaint.  Mr. Riselvato was contacted by officers after being accused of removing food items from the store.  Further investigation determined Mr. Riselvato was found to be in possession of 5.4 grams of suspected Heroin.  Mr. Riselvato was taken into custody without incident.  Mr. Riselvato was charged with Trafficking in Illegal Drugs 2.5 grams to 10 grams, Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Narcotic Schedule I Controlled Substance, Possession of a Narcotic Schedule I Controlled Substance with 1000 feet of a School, and Shoplifting Under $1000.00.  Mr. Riselvato was processed and later arraigned at the Justice of the Peace Court #2 in Lewes.  Mr. Riselvato was committed to the Sussex Correctional Instruction after failing to post $3250.00 in secured bail.

Bond / Bail Information: Arraigned at JP Court #2 in Lewes, where bail was set at $3250.00 secured.  Committed to Sussex Correctional Institution
