“The Internet doesn’t respect state lines, and neither do predators who collect and distribute child pornography,” said Attorney General Beau Biden. “Investigations like this are exactly why we formed the Child Predator Task Force, to coordinate every tool necessary to protect our kids.”
The undercover online investigation into the distribution of child pornography was initiated after a referral from the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. When the search warrant was executed at 2 E. Yorktown Road, Milford, detectives seized multiple computers and other digital media. An initial forensic analysis revealed multiple images of child pornography.
Aldrich was taken to Troop #4 where he was arrested on 27 counts of dealing in child pornography. Following his arrest, he was arraigned at JP Court #2 and was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $270,000.00 secured bail.
