Cookie Benefit for Saylor Hayes at Dolce

For one week prior to the showing of the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, at the Downtown Milford Inc. (DMI) Movies and Music night on Wednesday, August 17, Dolce will be donating all proceeds of their special Wonka Cookie sales to the Saylor Hayes Medical Fund to help defray medical costs for this young family.

Two year old Saylor Hayes, from Lincoln, was diagnosed with Acute lymphocytic (lymphoblastic) Leukemia one year ago. After a long battle, many treatments and surgeries, Saylor and her family are in need of our help.

Wonka cookie sales start on Wednesday, August 10 and run through Wednesday, August 17th. Pre-orders of large quantities and cash-sales appreciated, no credit cards please. The Wonka cookie is a chocolate cookie with white chocolate chips and no nuts. The cookie is chosen to tie in with the outdoor showing of the movie “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”, Wednesday, August 17th. Movie starts at 8:00 p.m. rain or shine, either outside at the Library amphitheater or inside the Milford Public Library.

Participants can also win an Ice Cream Party. Each cookie sale will be entered into a drawing to win a Dolce Ice Cream Party for 8 children and 2 adults at Dolce. More information on party specifics can be found at, www.dolcebakery.com, or at the shop downtown. The winner will be drawn before the movie.

For other questions, please call or write Chuck Stanko, Dolce Bakery 422-5760 orinfo@dolocebakery.com.
