Release from Milford Police Department

The Milford Police Department Drugs and Narcotics Unit, Milford Police Community Policing Unit assisted by Probation & Parole, Harrington Police Department, Delmar Police Department and the Bridgeville Police Department arrested Sixteen people in the city limits of Milford on Thursday September 15, 2011 which were either possessing illegal drugs, found in violation of their probation and/or a local fugitive with active warrants or capiases in Delaware.

1.) Xavier Rivera, 24yo – fugitive capias Superior Court-– arraigned through JP#11 Committed to JTVCC $5000.00 secured

2.) Marvin Roach 22yo- fugitive- capias Kent County Court of Common Pleas- Committed to JTVCC- through JP#11 $45.00 cash bail

3.) Dion Russ 20yo -fugitive- Fail to appear for registered sex offender- Sussex County Superior Court- Committed to JTVCC- through JP#11 $1,000.00 secured
