The annual Milford High School Boys’ Alumni Soccer Game will be held on Saturday, October 8 at Briggs Stadium under the lights. Beginning at 5pm the student versus teacher game will occur, followed directly by the Alumni Soccer Game at 6pm. The game will raise funds for the 2011 Milford High School Soccer team for equipment. Athletes interested in playing in the alumni game should contact Ed Evans at 302-228-1684 to secure their spot on the team. So far players from the graduating Class of 1984 up to the Class of 2011 will be taking the field on October 8 against this year’s Boys’ Soccer team. A social gathering will occur afterwards at Abbott’s Grill where a portion of the night’s proceeds will be donated to the High School Soccer team.
