Senior Center to Hold Gospel Concert

The Milford Senior Center will be hosting the 2nd Annual Gospel Concert on Sunday, October 30 from 2pm-5pm. With the great sounds of Racheal Gutshell, Richard Lindale, Steve Peterman, Bayside 4, Amy Holloway Stark and The King’s Ambassadors the Center will filled with songs of hope and inspiration. Richard Lindale will be the emcee for the event.

With over 60 churches located in the Greater Milford Area, the membership of the Milford Senior Center developed the idea of a gospel concert to bring all of these individual groups together as one to enjoy the experience of gospel.

“We are very pleased with the groups that will be performing at the event,” commented Joan Muffler, organizer of the event. “It should be a great time.”

The committee for this event went to hear each participating group individually to ensure that the Gospel Concert had the highest quality of local singers.

“I am a real southern gospel lover,” commented Karen Lloyd, Executive Director of the Milford Senior Center. “I am looking forward to this event and all of the people who will be here to enjoy it.”

The gospel concert will be held at the Milford Senior Center, 111 Park Avenue, on Sunday, October 30 from 2pm-5pm. Admission is just $5 and will include light refreshments.
