U Just ASK Holds Coat Giveaway Nov. 18

U Just ASK will be holding a Coat Giveaway on November 18th from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm behind the offices of Delmarva Rubber & Gasket Co., Inc., 1004 Mattlind Way, Milford (off Airport Rd./near Food Bank). Coats, hats, scarves and gloves will be given to neighbors in need in the Milford and immediate surrounding area.

A group of area women have formed “U Just ASK (Actively Supporting with Kindness), a new community effort aimed at helping those in need. The group includes Kris Phillips, Lisa Mallard, Pamm Swadley, Donna Schanne, Connie Warren, Laura Rust, and Faith Ennis. U Just ASK is looking for volunteers throughout the year to help with their missions. Individuals can lend some time delivering goods, wrapping gifts, dropping off donations, attending meetings, giving names of those in need, or just offering up a prayer for their success. For more information, U Just Ask has created a Facebook page and will be building a website in the near future.
