On Monday, January 12, 2012, State Representatives Harvey Kenton and Jack Peterman presented Dr. Sylvia with a special award from the House of Representatives for being chosen Delaware’s 2011 “Principal of the Year”.  Dr. Henderson received this honor last year when she served as the principal of Lulu Ross Elementary School.  Dr. Henderson is currently serving as Director of Student Services for the Milford School District.
