Milford Police Department

The Milford Police is asking the public’s help in locating an attempted robbery suspect. Milford Police Criminal Division is investigating an attempted robbery that occurred at a business in the 100 block of SE 2nd St on 1/28/12 around 7:00pm. Investigation revealed that the suspect entered the business, displayed a handgun toward customers and employees and demanded money from the employees. The suspect then fired one shot from the handgun in the business before fleeing on foot without obtaining any money. No one was injured. The suspect is described as a black male, 20yo to 30yo, 5’7 to 5’10, thin build and wearing dark clothing. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Det. Dwight Young or Det.
