On Tuesday, April 10 the Milford Police Department investigated an incident which occurred on 04-08-12 on Heather Drive (Sussex County) in Milford.  Investigation revealed Antonio E. White, 30 years old of Lincoln, got into a verbal altercation with the victim.  Following the verbal altercation, Mr. White reportedly bit the victim’s hand as he attempted to gain possession of the victim’s cell phone.  Warrants for one count of Offensive Touching have been obtained through JP Court #3 in Georgetown and are on file at the Milford Police Department.  Police are asking for anyone with knowledge of Mr. White’s whereabouts to call 302-422-8081 or 1-800-TIP-3333.  Tips can also be submitted via the internet at www.tipsubmit.com.
