Arresting Officer: Ptlm. Haddock

On 4/28/12 at approx. 0350 am the Milford Police responded to the area of S. Washington Street after receiving a complaint of 3 males traveling through Bicentennial Park with a gun. Police made contact with 3 male juveniles and discovered that one was armed with a sawed off 12 gauge shotgun in his waistband. Investigation revealed that the other two juveniles were not involved. The 15yo male juvenile was arrested & charged with one count of Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon a Firearm. He was arraigned and committed to Stevenson House in default of $5000 secured bond.
