Hardy Charged With Providing Obscene Materials to Minors

On 6/1/12, The Milford Police Criminal Division arrested and charged a 47yo woman stemming from incidents that occurred between 2009 and 2011 at a residence in the 500 block of Mccolley St. Sandra E. Hardy of Milford, was charged with Obscenity Material Provided to a Person under 18yo (6 counts), Sexual Harassment (3 counts), Indecent Exposure 1st Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts) and Tampering with Physical Evidence (2 counts). Detectives discovered that Hardy had provided access to and watched adult pornographic movies with an 11 yo male victim and a 13yo male victim on more than one occasion. Hardy had also shown the victims sex toys from her personal collection. Hardy made repeated sexual comments toward the 13yo male victim and had shown him obscene photos of herself on her cellular phone. Once Hardy was informed that the Milford Police were investigating the incidents, she attempted to hide and destroy the evidence. Hardy was arraigned through JP2 and was released on $74,000.00 unsecured bond.
