Noble Charged With Endangering Child

On 5/31/12, The Milford Police Criminal Division arrested and charged a 22yo woman stemming from an incident that occurred on 5/21/12 at a residence in the 200 block of SE 2nd St. Tiffany Noble of Milford, was charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (3 counts). Detectives discovered that Noble had struck the 4yo male victim with a belt numerous times leaving multiple bruises and welts to the victim’s back, arms and legs. Two other children were present in the residence during the incident. The 4yo male victim did receive medical treatment. Noble was arraigned through JP2 and was released on $10,500.00 unsecured bond.
