Police Respond To Radio Shack Burglary

On 06-12-12 at approx 0108 hrs, officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to Radio Shack on Aerenson Drive to a burglar alarm. Investigation revealed two suspects gained entry to the store and removed several items and fled prior to officers arrival. Officers later located three individuals on South Washington Street and further investigation identified them as the suspects in this case. Police charged a two 16 year old males and Ryan J. Williams, 20 of Milford. Ryan J. Williams was charged with Receiving Stolen Property. Mr. Williams was presented at JP Court #2, where bail was set at $500.00 unsecured. Mr. Williams was released and is scheduled to appear at JP Court #6 on for arraignment 7-11-2012. The two 16 year old males were charged with Burglary 3rd degree, Conspiracy 2nd degree, Theft Under $1500.00, and Criminal Mischief. They were both presented at JP Court #20, where bail was set at $3000.00 secured for each. The pair was committed to the Stevenson House Detention Center and both will have arraignments at the Kent County Family Court in late June.
