On Thursday, June, 21 the Milford Police Criminal Division arrested a 20 yo woman stemming from a Strong-Armed Robbery that occurred in Walmart Parking lot on Wednesday, June 20.

Ariel M. Robbins, of Preston Maryland, was charged with Robbery 1st Degree victim 62yo or older, Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Offensive Touching. Detectives discovered that Robbins and another person identified as Rollie D. Williams, a 25yo black male, of Hurlock, Maryland, traveled to Walmart in Robbins’s vehicle. Once there Robbins and Williams rode through the parking lot looking for victims. Williams exited the vehicle, continued to walk through the parking lot. Williams followed the 89yo victim on foot after she exited the store, Williams then grabbed the victim’s arm and removed her wallet from her hand.

Williams then fled on foot and got back into the vehicle with Robbins and both fled in the vehicle prior to the police arriving. Williams and Robbins obtain an undisclosed amount of cash that was in the victim’s wallet along with other contents. The 89yo victim was not injured and did not require medical treatment.

Robbins was arraigned through JP2 and was released on $11,500.00 unsecured bond. Rollie D. Williams is still at large and the Milford Police Criminal Division has a warrant for his arrest. Williams is a 25yo black male around 5’9, 160 to 170 lbs, with dread locks in his hair. He is known to frequent Federalsburg & Hurlock, Maryland and Harrington & Milford, Delaware.
