Burgers-n-Beans Serves Classic American Cuisine

Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback Michael Vick with Bruce Johnston.

Burgers-n-Beans, located at 907 North Dupont Boulevard in the Airpark Plaza, opened its doors this summer offering all the amenities of a classic burger joint combined with a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Business partners Dwight Belcher, Craig Dimes and Bruce Johnston have used their combined 50 years of experience in the restaurant and service industry to bring the Milford community a place that serves great American cuisine.

Burgers-n-Beans is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week serving hamburgers, fries, barbecue pulled pork, grilled and crispy chicken, milkshakes and jersey shore and potato fries.

“We want our customers to experience great food, friendly service and a clean atmosphere,” stated Bruce Johnston. “We are excited that not only do our customers say they like the food but they are bringing their friends back with them.”

The store is already bringing business and jobs to the Milford community, employing 17 workers that run the facility seven days a week. Their menu has been chosen carefully by local patrons as they continue to test new menu items out on the public. Their jersey shore fries are a product of a taste test that was performed by the Milford Senior High School Marketing class last Spring.

Manager Bruce Johnston also reveals that the rumors of a celebrity sighting in his shop are true. Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback Michael Vick is a repeated customer of Burgers-n-Beans and has stopped to eat at the Milford location on three separate occasions.

“Mike told us if he liked they burger he would come back and he has been back twice now,” commented Johnston. “We are past a first name basis with Mike now, we are on a first nod basis.”

Located in the Airpark Plaza on North Dupont Boulevard, Burgers-n Beans is a great place to experience classic American gourmet including burgers, fries and shakes. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm, Burgers-n-Beans can be reached online at www.facebook.com/BurgersNBeans or by phone at 302-725-5140.
