Four Teens Charged With Criminal Mischief

On 7/14/12, the Milford Police arrested and charged 4 teens stemming from incidents that occurred at approx. 1:28 am in the 200 black and 300 block of Mccolley St. Police received several reports of victims’ cars being egged. Investigation revealed that the 4 teens struck numerous vehicles with over 120 eggs. Steven Hagen, 20yo, of Milford was charged with Criminal Mischief Under $1000 (4 counts), Conspiracy 3rd Degree and Littering on Highway. Carl A. Richardson, 18yo, of Milford was charged with Criminal Mischief Under $1000 (4 counts) and Conspiracy 3rd Degree. Two 17yo male juveniles were charged with Criminal Mischief Under $1000 (4 counts) and Conspiracy 3rd Degree. Hagen was arraigned and released on $1200 unsecured bond, Richardson was arraigned and released on $1000 unsecured bond and the two 17yo male juveniles were released to the custody of their parents. These incidents are still under investigation.
