The Milford Police Department Drugs & Narcotics Division arrested 8 suspects on a variety of charges related to heroin possession and distribution as part of a month long investigation that concluded between July 27th and Aug 2nd. Arrest locations included the 500 block of S. Dupont Hwy, S. Walnut St at Pennsylvania Avenue and State Road 1 at Silicato Way. As a result of the investigation, Detectives seized 568 bags of Heroin, multiple Hypodermic needles & spoons & knives along with other drug paraphernalia, 2 vehicles, undisclosed amount of US currency and 2 security safes.

According to police, the following suspects were arrested:

Timothy L. Young, 24yo of Milford was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver (Heroin) (3 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (3 counts), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (3 counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3 counts).

Angel M. Hearn, 24yo of Ellendale, was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver (Heroin) (3 counts), Conspiracy 2nd Degree (3 counts), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (3 counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3 counts) and Possession of Heroin.

Howard L. Bailey Jr., 35yo of Georgetown was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver (Heroin), Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Heroin.

Derek A. Lowe, 34yo of Laurel was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver (Heroin), Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Heroin.

Kristofer Watson, 30yo of Milton was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Heroin (2 counts), Conspiracy 3rd Degree and Possession of Unauthorized Prescription Drug.

Carli Pedrick, 32yo, of Milton was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Heroin (2 counts), Conspiracy 3rd Degree and Possession of Unauthorized Prescription Drug.

Ashley L. Stout, 25yo of Milton was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver (Heroin), Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance in a Tier 5 Quantity (Trafficking Heroin).

Tiffany A. Barnes, 21yo of Dagsboro, was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver (Heroin), Conspiracy 2nd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance in a Tier 5 Quantity (Trafficking Heroin).

All suspects were arraigned through Justice of the Peace Courts:
Timothy Young was committed to SCI in default of $54,000 cash bond.
Angel Hearn was committed to WCI in default of $54,000 cash bond.
Howard Bailey Jr. was committed to SCI in default of $19,500 cash bond.
Derek A. Lowe was committed to SCI in default of $19,500 cash bond.
Kristofer Watson was committed to SCI in default of $3000 secured bond.
Carli Pedrick was committed to WCI in default of $3000 secured bond.
Ashley Stout was committed to WCI in default of $13,500 secured bond.
Tiffany Barnes was committed to WCI in default of $8,500 secured bond.
