On Wednesday, August 15 the Milford Police Criminal Division arrested Ryan A. Doneker and charged him with Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft over $1500. The 23yo Milford man was place under arrest at the conclusion of multiple investigations conducted by Milford Detectives and Delaware State Police detectives.

The arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred at the City of Milford Public Works Complex on the morning of Thursday, August 2. Investigation by police revealed that Doneker entered the property and removed an undisclosed amount of materials and equipment. Doneker was committed to SCI in default of a secured bond.

Ryan A. Doneker was also charged with Attempted Robbery 1st Degree, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited and Aggravated Menacing for a separate incident occurring on Friday, August 10. Detectives discovered that Doneker entered the Dash In convenience store on Friday, August 8 at approx. 3:00 am armed with a rifle. According to police, Doneker pointed the rifle at the clerk and demanded money but fled the scene before receiving any money. Doneker was committed to SCI in default of a secured bond. No one was injured.
