The long lazy summer days are behind us and Ma Nature is about dazzle with her annual spectacular art show featuring fall colors. During the month of September Milford has lots of art to enjoy –  listen to the music, see the art and get involved.

Anne Jenkins Art Gallery presents “The Vukuzakhe Project” with an opening reception on Friday, September 21 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. This is a collaboration art project with an AIDS Orphans Support Group in South Africa featuring a limited series of large paintings and fabric landscapes. Milford Community Band calendar includes the Concert Band performing on Saturday, September 8, at 9:30 a.m. at the River Walk Freedom Festival. The band will be at the Milford Library amphitheater. Then on Thursday, September 13 at 6:30 p.m. they will perform a concert at Heritage of Milford, 500 S.
