Colon Arrested For WalMart Thefts

Derick Colon

Milford Police have arrested Derick L. Colon, 36, of Harrington, and charged him with multiple counts of possession of shoplifting tools, organized retail theft and shoplifting under $1,000. Police allege that Colon had used tools to remove various pieces of merchandise from Walmart on more than 30 separate occasions between the months of July and August of 2012. Colon was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $10,950 secured bond.
