Police Seeking Carr

Update: Carr was arrested on 12/10/12 by Detectives and was arraigned through JP2 and released on $1000 unsecured bond.

Original story: The Milford Police Criminal Division has an active warrant for the arrest of Derrick L. Carr Jr for Failure to Re-Register as a Sex Offender. According to police, Carr Jr. is a Tier 3 sex offender and is known to frequent the Milford, Dover, Felton, Laurel, Seaford, Greenwood, Ellendale, Wilmington and New Castle areas. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Carr Jr. is asked to contact Det. Dwight Young or Det. Police Investigating Wal-Mart Theft

The Milford Police are currently investigating a Theft that occurred in the parking lot of Walmart Department Store on 10/21/12. According to police, the victim had personal property in a shopping cart that was removed by unknown persons. Police state that the two individuals in this photo may have information regarding the investigation. Anyone with information in regards to the identity of these two individuals in this photo is asked to contact Det. The owner of the property has offered a reward for information that leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of any of the individuals involved.
