On Wednesday, December 12 The Milford Police Drugs & Narcotics Division arrested Michael A. Charles, 32yo Harrington, at the conclusion of a several week long investigation. Police charge Charles with Possession with the intent to deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug paraphernalia & driving on a suspended/revoked license. Police state that their investigation reveled that  Charles was distributing Methamphetamines at various locations in  the City of Milford. Charles was taken into custody by Capitol Police in the Kent County courthouse after discovering the active warrant for Charles, issued by Milford detectives. Charles was arraigned and committed to James T. Vaughn correctional Institution in default of $2,002.00 secured bond.
