MPD Arrests Houston Man On Drug Charges

On Friday, December 14 The Milford Police Drugs & Narcotics Division, with the assistance of Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit, arrested Dennis J. Johnson,31yo Houston man, at the conclusion of a two month long investigation. Dennis J. Johnson was charged with Possession w/ The intent to deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug paraphernalia & Conspiracy 2nd degree. According to police, Johnson was involved in distributing Methamphetamines at various locations in the City of Milford. Police state that Johnson also had active warrants out of Milford PD for another unrelated incident. Johnson was also charged with Possession of Shoplifting Tools, 2 counts of shoplifting greater than $1,500.00, Conspiracy 2nd degree and Driving on a suspended/ revoked license. Johnson was arraigned through JP2 and was released on $11,500.00 total unsecured bond.
