Attempted Robbery On The Riverwalk

Milford-Police-Department.jpg&MaxH=225&MaxW=225On Sunday, December 23 officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol and K-9 Divisions responded to the Mispillion River walk just west of South Washington Street to a report of an attempted robbery. According to police, investigation revealed the suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money from the victim; once the suspect learned the victim did not possess any money he fled the scene. The suspect is described as a black male, mid to late 20’s, 5 ft 8in tall, and 200 lbs. The suspect was wearing a dark colored hooded jacket and blue jeans.
