Gold Alert For Missing Milford Man

Hollinger, Benjamin WReleased from the Delaware State Police

On Saturday, February 2 the Delaware State Police issued an update on Benjamin W. Hollinger and stated that he “has been located and is in good condition.” The Gold Alert has been cancelled.

The Delaware State Police has issued a Gold Alert for a missing Milford man.The Delaware State Police is currently searching for Benjamin W. Hollinger, 75 of Milford, DE. Hollinger was last leaving his residence located in the 400 block of Cricket Hollow Lane near Milford Sunday and has not returned. He is described as a white male, 6’01” tall and 275 lbs. with grey hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing. He is possibly in the Wilmington area and may have traveled out of state to Maryland or Virginia. Hollinger may be operating a grey 2010 Jeep Liberty with Delaware registration PC141045.

Benjamin Hollinger’s medical condition is such that there is a real concern for his safety.Troopers are asking anyone who may have any information as to the whereabouts of Benjamin Hollinger to contact Troop 3 at 302-697-4454. Citizens may also provide a tip by texting keyword “DSP” plus your message to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters may also provide information through lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333. Callers can also submit information via the internet at www.tipsubmit.com.
