A 25 year old Milford man has been arrested and charged with second-degree assault on a pregnant female and unlawful imprisonment stemming from a domestic incident on February 5, 2013. Dwayne E. Fountain is accused of punching the pregnant female victim in the head and holding her to the floor to prevent her from leaving the residence on the 100 block of North Street. Fountain was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $11,000.00 secured bond. Police report no medical treatment required or received by the victim.

Milford Police School Resource Division arrested and charged a 15 year old juvenile male with unlawful imprisonment and offensive touching in connection with an incident at Milford High School on January 17, 2013. Police allege the juvenile grabbed the 15 year old female victim and pinned her against the wall, holding her there as she tried to flee and kissing her without her consent. The juvenile was charged and released into the custody of his parent/guardian.

Milford Police have arrested Harold Cash, 53, of Milford, with disorderly conduct after an incident in the parking lot of the Walmart Department Store on February 8, 2013. Police claim Cash and a 35 year old man engaged in a verbal dispute about Cash’s driving, when Cash returned to his vehicle to obtain a shovel, which he is accused of wielding in the direction of the other man. An altercation reportedly ensued and Cash was subdued and the shovel removed.

Susan Giroso, 53, of Ellendale, was arrested and charged with one count of offensive touching stemming from an incident at Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital on February 9, 2013. Giroso, the family member of a patient, is alleged to have grabbed a nurse at the facility and demanded to speak to a doctor prior to the release of the family member being treated. Giroso was later released with no bond on a criminal summons.
