Fox Honored As Lady Of The Year

Local legislators recently honored Connie Fox with a House of Representatives’ Tribute marking her distinction as the Kent County Firefighters Association 2013 Lady of the Year. Since March 1964, Mrs. Fox has been an active charter member of the Carlisle Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, receiving “life member” status in 2002. She has served as president, vice president, secretary, and assistant secretary of the support organization.The tribute was presented during ceremonies at the Carlisle Fire Hall in Milford on March 16th. Also recognized with a House Tribute during those festivities was Gary L. Brown for his 50 years of service with the Carlisle Fire Company.
