Bayhealth Welcomes Two New Physicians

Bayhealth Cardiology Consultants welcomed Electrophysiologist Raymond Miller, MD to their staff. Dr. Miller has been affiliated with both Bayhealth and Bayhealth Cardiology Consultants and is now available on a full time basis to treat patients at the Cardiology Consultants practice locations.

Dr. Miller received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He went on to complete a residency in Internal Medicine at the University Hospitals of Cleveland of Case Western Reserve and fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Cardiac Electrophysiology at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Miller performs a full range of Electrophysiology procedures, including implantation of pacemakers and ICDs, as well as ablation of atrial and ventricular arrhythmias. He is certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases, the American Board of Internal Medicine, is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a is member of the Heart Rhythm Society. Bayhealth Cardiology Consultants offices are located at 1100 Forrest Ave, Dover, 819 N. DuPont Blvd., Milford, 315 S. Carter Rd, Smyrna, and 209 E. Main St, Middletown. Bayhealth Family Medicine, Dover and Patience Ankomah, MD welcomed Zulehuma Rather, MD, Internal Medicine provider. Dr. Rather earned her medical degree from Government Medical College in Srinagar, India and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.
