Marshall Arrested For Menacing, Other Offenses

Marshall, ReginaldOn April 1st, 2013, officers from the Milford Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the parking lot of the Milford Plaza to a report of a possible altercation. Police report that Reginald Marshall, 31, of Felton, had gotten into a verbal altercation with a 32 year old female. During this altercation it has been reported Mr. Marshall made threatening gestures towards the victim with a pair of scissors. The victim was able to get away from Mr. Marshall and call police. Police further allege that Mr. Marshall was caring for a 5 year old juvenile while being highly intoxicated. As officer’s attempted to take Mr. Marshall into custody, he reportedly failed to comply with demands. Mr. Marshall was eventually taken into custody without incident. Mr. Marshall has been charged with Aggravated Menacing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief, and Driving While Suspended. Mr. Marshall was arraigned at JP Court #2 in Lewes, where bail was set at $6200.00 secured, along with a no contact order with both victims. Mr. Marshall has been committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown after failing to post bail. Mr. Marshall is scheduled to appear at the Kent County Court of Common Pleas in Dover on 04.05.13 for a Preliminary Hearing.
